Identifying Opportunities for Impact

Throughout her career, Jennifer's commitment to social impact and sustainability has been unwavering. Her experience as a luxury event designer exposed the environmental impact of large-scale events and inspired her to found the first and only for-profit, zero-waste floral repurposing company Repeat Roses. Jennifer introduced sustainability-meets-social impact initiatives to brands like Tiffany & Co, Zimmerman, David Yurman, Adidas, and Chanel; to globally recognized corporations including Ketel One, Goldman Sachs, Bristol Myers Squibb, and Hilton; and to high-profile events like Gwyneth Paltrow’s wedding, the Duchess of Sussex’s baby shower, Coachella, the Kentucky Derby, and the NFL Super Bowl. The measurable change Jennifer drove in the event industry over her tenure earned her accolades and the opportunity to be brought on as a trusted advisor on sustainable and social impact practices. The Repeat Roses business was acquired in 2023 by a private individual.
